Treasure in Fragile Jars
(2 Corinthians 4:7–18)
“But we have this treasure in jars of clay...” (2 Cor. 4:7)

Where This Hits Home
Some days, I feel like my body is barely holding together, like one wrong step or flare up will break me. I used to be strong and capable - but illness taught me my limits.
Yet, through those cracks, I’ve noticed something surprising: God’s light finds its way through.
Sharing my struggles has connected me more deeply with others than pretending I was fine ever did. My weakness became a stage for His strength.
The Word This Week Paul describes us as fragile jars holding a priceless treasure, the light of Christ. Outwardly, we may waste away, but inwardly we’re renewed day by day.

Why It Matters
This passage reframes weakness.
My struggles don’t cancel out God’s strength, they showcase it.
The cracks in my jar let His light shine through.
Let’s Talk About It
Where do you feel most fragile?
How might weakness become a window?
What renews you inwardly?
This Week’s Seed
Your cracks don’t disqualify you, they make room for God’s light to shine brighter.
