Escaping the Big Pharma Trap: Finding the Root Cause of My Chronic Illness



For decades, I drowned in diagnoses. One after another, doctors slapped labels on my body: fibromyalgia, POTS, Hashimoto’s, MCAS, arthritis, interstitial cystitis, ITP, and more. Each new name came with another prescription, as if one more pill could magically fix me.

The system trained me to believe I was broken beyond repair, that my body was attacking itself for no reason, and that my only hope was to “manage” the chaos with a lifelong cocktail of pharmaceuticals. But here is the truth. None of those drugs healed me. They only numbed the symptoms while my health continued to unravel.


Breaking Free from the System


At some point, I had to wake up.

I had to ask myself:

Why am I getting worse?

Why do I need more and more medications?

Why are new diagnoses piling up instead of old ones resolving?


So I did what no doctor ever encouraged me to do. I started digging. I read, researched, and connected the dots. What I discovered was both infuriating and liberating.


My body was never the enemy. The system was.


Conventional medicine does not ask why we are sick. It only asks how to silence the symptoms. And in doing so, it ignores the deeper dysfunctions that drive chronic illness.

The Root Causes They Overlook

My conditions did not just appear out of nowhere. They were built on years of hidden damage that no prescription could ever fix:

So I stopped surrendering my body to a system that never truly listened. Instead, I began choosing healing over masking:

The medical system shines in emergencies, but when it comes to chronic illness it fails us. It was built to keep us medicated, not to set us free. And I refuse to live as another dependent in that cycle.


Big Pharma thrives on keeping us sick. I refuse to give them my body, my future, or my hope.


I am done being a patient. It is time to be my own healer.
